“Strength Training. I am particularly interested in core and functional movements. My favourite area to train is legs!”

What is your PT Experience and background?

“I have a Cert IV in Fitness and I was an ex-professional soccer player in the UK for 15 years. I have experience in bodybuilding, sports specific training and great general knowledge of the health and fitness industry.”

“Enthusiastic and passionate about getting my clients results. I love to get the most out of my clients and push them past their limits – with a cheeky smile”

“Boxing, Muay Thai, HIIT, Strength Weight Training. Specialise in beginners and intermediate as well as women who want to learn how to weight train.”

What is your favourite type of training?

“I love all types of training however if I had to pin point 1 component I would say an intense circuit is my preferred workout.”

What is your PT Experience and background?

“My experience ranges from 8 years military combat fitness training through to civilian personal training spanning over a current total of 13 years. I have experience in body building, strength and conditioning training along with adventure racing outdoor obstacle courses additionally martial arts , self defense tactics and boxing training.”

“I can offer a wealth of broad knowledge and skill sets that will push you to your limits and exceed the results you desire”

What is your favourite type of training?

I love a balanced mix of HIIT and strength work/weights, and believe this type of training is key for shaping the body with optimum fat loss, muscle toning and increased strength, as well as improved cardiovascular health and overall fitness. 


What is your PT Experience and background?

I grew up competing on a national level in dance until the age of 18, and have been heavily involved in health, nutrition and fitness from a young age.

What do you think u can offer your clients?

The ability to push clients to not just reach their goals, but smash them to get the results they want; ultimately driving them towards confidence in themselves & happiness in their own skin.
